The Director General of the Algerian Investment Promotion Agency, Mr. Omar REKKACHE, has received, on Tuesday 20th,August, 2024, His Excellency the Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to Algeria, Mr. Chalief AKBAR, along with a delegation from PT PUPUK INDONESIA, a leading company in the fertilizer industry, ranked fourth in Asia and Africa and tenth globally. The delegation was chaired by the Director of Portfolio and Business Development. Mr. Jamsaton NABABAN.
The Indonesian delegation’s visit to Algeria falls within the framework of exploring investment opportunities, and discuss the company’s plans to launch major investment projects, particularly in the fields of phosphate and fertilizer production. They also explored the possibility of establishing partnerships with national companies working in the same sector.
During the meeting, the investment advantages and incentives offered by Algeria were presented.
