The Algerian Investment Promotion Agency  informs all project holders who have benefited from provisional decisions of granting concession on the investment-oriented economic land, after processing their applications via the Investor’s Digital Platform in accordance with the provisions of law 23-17 of November 15^rd, 2023, and who have not completed the registration procedures of their projects in accordance with the provisions of the investment law, that they are required to approach the regionally competent  Decentralized One-stop Shop of the Agency , to carry out the registration process of their projects before the end of August 31, in order to be granted  the final decisions that allow obtaining concession acts and thus the actual start of the implementation phase.

This procedure aims to verify the reliability of the declared commitments and data when registering demands via the Investor’s Digital Platform, as well as to ensure that they are aligned with the activity and requirements of the project to be completed. And this, in order to orient the economic land for the benefit of viable and mature projects.

In this regard, it should be noted that if the beneficiary does not complete the registration procedures within the specified deadline hereinabove mentioned, the Agency shall resort, directly, to inviting the next eligible project holder and therefore the provisional decisions of those concerned shall be considered null and void.
